Labor: Your Biggest Single Expense and Asset
Find, train, develop and lead a team that exceeds the customers' expectations (and learn how to budget for it!).
Effectively managing labor is about people and numbers. We look at numbers first: how to measure and increase productivity, labor dollars and hours. GCU works with detailed job descriptions and determining job value. It is the only program that offers a hiring role play session with video and playback critique to improve hiring, coaching, communications and reviews. Build your leadership skills to create your culture and build the team from the top down.
